Your website is fully updatable using The Toolkit our award winning content management system.

Below are some answers to questions we are frequently asked regarding how your website works and how you can update it yourself.

The terms used when referring to the website.
  • Menubar.THe menubar is the main navigationa tool for browsing this website. It is the Horizontal bar right above this text. By clicking on any of the links in the menubar you can view other pages on this website.
  • Highligh Boxes
  • The highlight boxes can be seen by looking to the left of this text. By default there are three set up containing company details, events calendar and e-newsletter sign up.
    The highlight boxes are a way of highlighting specific areas of your site which you want the vistor to be made aware of.What the highlight boxes can be changed only during the construction of the website. Once the site goes live any changes to the highlight boxes will be charged our normal hourly rate. We reccommend that the highlight box containing your contact details is not removed as it has been shown that having your contact details on the front page of your web site greatly improves your indexing to search engines.
  • E-Newsletter
  • THe E-Newsletter highlight box allows visitors to your web site to submit their email address to your contacts database. All emails submited are held in the contacts area of the Toolkit, were you can manage mailing lists and send out enhanced HTML emails to your clients.
  • Header
  • The website header is situated above the menubar and will generally contain your company logo. Royal Corinthian Yacht Club does not accept any liability over the content of these third party sites. The existence of these links do not constitute an endorsement of such websites, and your linking to these sites is at your own risk.
  • Footer
  • There are two footers on your site. The top footer is your navigation footer bar and this holds links to your terms and conditions and site map pages amongst others.
    The bottom footer is your copyright footer bar and this displays the copyright notice.
  • Website Body
  • The website body is where this text is displayed. It is a 500 pixel wide area which YOU control. Everything displayed here including text, images and links can be updated by logging into The Toolkit.
  • Modification of the Terms and ConditionsRoyal Corinthian Yacht Club may modify the terms of this agreement on this site. You agree to periodically review this agreement to be aware of any such revisions. Should the revision be unacceptable to you, you agree to stop accessing this site. Your continued use of this website following such notification of any such revision(s) shall be deemed as acceptance of and agreement to abide by all such revisions.
